Welcome Dr. Cassie Dennis (Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow)

Dr. Dennis comes from Suffolk University and Momentous Institute’s APA accredited programs. She works with individuals, couples and families to address anxiety, depression, trauma as well as other mental health concerns.

Dr. Dennis’ experience consists of work with individuals and families in diverse settings, including community and hospital outpatient clinics. At Insight & Change, she will provide short and long-term psychotherapy, as well as group and family therapy. Additionally, Dr. Dennis plans to offer limited space for psychological assessment of children.

With an eye on systems, Dr. Dennis uses a mix of relational and cognitive behavioral interventions. Stylistically, she is approachable and humorous, using levity and compassion to make and maintain alliances. Her work is informed by the belief that we are all impacted by the systems we encounter across the lifespan.
