Helpful Resources for Clients and Families During COVID-19
We understand this can be a challenging time, as we’ve all had to rapidly change how we normally go about our day. The stress of change can sometimes lead to uncertainty and even anxiety and other symptoms. it is therefore important for all of us to stay informed and utilize available resources to reduce fear and anxiety, and to increase stability. One of the most helpful ways is to examine facts and information from trustworthy sources. Below is a list of helpful resources for clients and families to provide support and recommendations on how to address ongoing concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
